Wafty Waffles

I love waffles! I could eat them like Sam I Am can eat green eggs and ham. I would wear these waffle shoes if they weren't $200, I love waffles so much. My sister Remi has the best waffle recipe and if you're smart you'll try them. She tops it off with whipped cream and strawberries. I like it with just plain butter and syrup. They're so simple and can beat out any instant mix brand... I'm pretty sure you'll never go back.

Wemi's Waffles

1 3/4 C. flour

3 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 3/4 C. milk

1/2 C. vegetable oil

sprinkle of sugar

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then together. Serves 4.
