Choco-Banana, mmm

I've tried lots of cupcakes at the trendy cupcake stands, but this recipe sinks any other cupcake you'll eat. If you like chocolate and banana, even if you don't, these are worth making at least once. My friend Hannah Gibbons is the creator, and the recipe is pretty simple considering their rich taste.

Cupcakes:
1 box devils food cake mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 medium bananas (mashed)

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 21 minutes.

Filling:
1 stick of butter
3/4 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 large container of marshmallow fluff

Melt butter and chocolate then mix marshmallow fluff in.
Cut centers out and generously fill cupcake. Place center cut out back in.

Frosting:
1 quart heavy whipping cream
Sugar (to taste)
1/2 pkg banana cream pudding powder

Whip the cream until firm add sugar and pudding powder to taste.
Frost and cover cut out center.

This recipe makes 21 cupcakes. I have some extras if anyone is around.
